Lyn's Farewell: A Vegan Meal


A Stew of Vegetarian protein balls and carrots, garnished with some coriander.


Golden Nuggets: corn, peas, curry spices, celery leaves, and Molly's secret vinegar and spices.
Served with ketchup or sweet chilly sauce.

Auntie Molly has demonstrated her great skills in vegetarian cuisine and home entertainment.
There is another stir-fry green vegetable, which I enjoyed so much that I forgot to photograph.

Lyn has been in the Windsor Veggie House for quite a few months by now.
We wish her all the best with her study, work and new adventures in Brisbane, in the future.

BlackBelt and Hero are still with us, probably up to Christmas.
