Vegetarian Jiaozi & Peking Ducks

Fillings made of mushroom, mung beans noodle, carrots, tofu, etc.

Rolling dough cubes to wrappers

Wrapped the fillings in a perfect crescent shape

Boil Jiaozi in hot water until all afloat.

Vegetarian ducks pan fried, sliced up, to be served with celery sticks,
Tianmian sauce, salad leaves, etc.

Ron's Using Chopsticks

A simple dinner out of an almost empty fridge.
Rice, Egg and Seaweed Soup, alfalfa stir fry;
Purple and White cabbages; Soy Protein with Broccoli and tomatoes;
It's Ron's 2nd time using chopsticks.
He has mastered the digital skills.
