Vegetarian Jiaozi & Peking Ducks

Fillings made of mushroom, mung beans noodle, carrots, tofu, etc.

Rolling dough cubes to wrappers

Wrapped the fillings in a perfect crescent shape

Boil Jiaozi in hot water until all afloat.

Vegetarian ducks pan fried, sliced up, to be served with celery sticks,
Tianmian sauce, salad leaves, etc.
