Wildlife in My Backyard

As the new season settles in, more wildlife comes to my backyard, such as mid-night visitor tree frog and door-knocking possum

Lyn's Farewell: A Vegan Meal

A Stew of Vegetarian protein balls and carrots, garnished with some coriander.

Golden Nuggets: corn, peas, curry spices, celery leaves, and Molly's secret vinegar and spices.
Served with ketchup or sweet chilly sauce.

Auntie Molly has demonstrated her great skills in vegetarian cuisine and home entertainment.
There is another stir-fry green vegetable, which I enjoyed so much that I forgot to photograph.

Lyn has been in the Windsor Veggie House for quite a few months by now.
We wish her all the best with her study, work and new adventures in Brisbane, in the future.

BlackBelt and Hero are still with us, probably up to Christmas.

New Season, New Colors

It seems the new summer has just settled in, with mulberries tree and lavenda in full bloom.

Hero's Arrival

Hiroki, a 18 yo Vegan from Okinawa, joined us recently and gained a new name as Hero/Hiro.\
Literally his name means a Giant Tree in a Living Nest.

Here are some of new photos.
